You will work as a team member, receive feedback, and develop the habits that help clients feel cared for—from the first consultation to their next appointment.

Hairstylists / Cosmetologists

Develop natural hair care, consultations, preparation, and finishing skills, with opportunities to progress into luxury extension techniques as readiness is demonstrated.

Nail Technicians

Bring your nail-care foundation, attention to sanitation, and commitment to consistent service.

Lash Artists

Bring careful technique, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client comfort and appropriate service practices.

Makeup Artists

Bring your artistry, preparation skills, and ability to listen to each client’s goals.

Newly qualified professionals are welcome. Appropriate Florida credentials are required for regulated services. Technical training and responsibilities vary by role.

Learn under Tariya Allicock.

Founder of The Dramatic Hair Addict, Tariya brings more than 22 years of beauty-industry experience, with a focus on healthy hair care and luxury hair extensions.

Her approach starts with understanding the client, respecting the natural hair, and developing careful technique. Through this team opportunity, she is bringing that same attention to developing beauty professionals.

Hair-team development may include natural hair care, Invisible Microlinks, and K-Tip techniques as skills and role requirements allow. Mentorship for other specialties will be defined during the interview process.

  2. Meet with DHA. Selected applicants will be invited to discuss their goals, skills, and the role.
  3. Review the details. Before accepting a position, review compensation, work location, schedule, duties, and training expectations.
Do I pay for this mentorship?

No. This is an application for paid employment with mentorship. There is no tuition or enrollment fee.

Can I apply if I’m newly qualified?

Yes. Share your training, current credential status, and examples of your work. Eligibility to perform services depends on the credentials required for those services.

Are products and tools provided?

Yes. DHA provides products and service tools for your assigned work. Role-specific details will be reviewed during the hiring process.

What are the pay and schedule?

Compensation and scheduling are being finalized for each role and will be reviewed during interviews. No particular income, client volume, or full-time schedule is guaranteed.

Does applying guarantee a position?

No. Applications are reviewed for fit, qualifications, and team needs. Selected applicants will be contacted for an interview.
